It means these materials are laboratory reagents intended for in-vitro experimentation and analytical reference, and nothing else. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, dietary supplements, or medical devices. They have not been evaluated by the FDA for the diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease.
They are also not manufactured, filled, or labelled to a standard that would make them safe to administer to a person or an animal, and nothing on this site should be read as suggesting otherwise.
No. We publish analytical data, storage conditions, and reconstitution guidance for benchwork. We do not publish dosing protocols or administration guidance, and our team will not provide them on request. That is a hard line, not a liability hedge.
Every order requires an explicit research-use acknowledgement at checkout. Institutional and wholesale accounts additionally require documentation of the purchasing entity. We review orders and decline any where the stated or implied purpose is human or veterinary use.
Domestic US shipping only at present. Import rules for research chemicals vary widely by jurisdiction and getting them wrong creates real problems for the recipient, so we would rather not ship than ship into uncertainty.
The lot number is on the vial label and your packing slip. Enter it in the COA library. If the document hasn't been published yet, email the lot number to docs@lenspeptides.com and we'll send it the same business day.
Samples go out under a blinded identifier to an accredited laboratory with no ownership relationship to us and no stake in the outcome. Both purity figures — ours and theirs — are printed on the certificate, including when they disagree. A lot where they differ by more than 0.5% absolute is held, not shipped.
Because gross powder weight includes counter-ions and residual water, which can be 10–20% of what's in the vial. A supplier quoting gross weight is selling you salt at peptide prices. Our labelled milligrams are salt-corrected net peptide, and the correction is on the certificate.
Almost certainly not. Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperature for the length of a normal transit — typically five to seven days. The stability risk is long-term storage, not the couple of days in a courier van. Move it to −20 °C on arrival.
If the outer packaging was compromised or gel packs arrived fully thawed on a cold-chain shipment, photograph it and contact us within 72 hours.
Let the vial reach room temperature before opening so condensation doesn't form on the lyophilate. Swab the septum with 70% isopropyl alcohol. Add solvent slowly down the inside wall of the vial rather than directly onto the powder, then swirl gently until dissolved.
Do not shake or vortex — peptides are surfactants and will foam, which denatures them at the air-liquid interface. Solvent choice and post-reconstitution stability are on each product page.
Once, if you must — but repeated freeze-thaw cycling degrades peptides measurably. Aliquot into single-use volumes immediately after reconstitution and freeze those instead. It costs five minutes and protects the whole vial.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day ship the same day. Tracking is emailed at handoff. Domestic orders over $200 ship free.
Photograph the packaging and vial as received and email orders@lenspeptides.com within 72 hours. Broken vials, compromised seals, and cold-chain failures are replaced at our cost with no return shipment needed.
No. Once a temperature-sensitive research reagent has left our custody we cannot verify how it was stored, so we cannot resell it to another researcher in good conscience. What we do cover is anything that arrives damaged, incorrect, or outside specification — replaced at our cost. Full terms on the shipping page.
Yes — tiered against rolling twelve-month spend rather than single-order size. Purchase orders and net-30 terms are available to qualifying institutions. See wholesale and bulk.
Technical questions go straight to our analytical team, not a general support queue.
